I honestly think that Malaysia is knocking back their safety proposals over any little excuse just to delay the plant until after the election. Perhaps they are even hoping that Lynas just runs out of money and is forced to leave.
Mistakes were made in the past but right now, I don't think Management can do anything. You don't want announcements stating "We just had our 5th revision of our proposal rejected because we couldn't meet the latest impossible and shifting demand".
I honestly think that Malaysia is knocking back their safety...
