    Yacheng, my symphathy goes out to you and shareholders who lost money on CMQ. However it is time to reflect whether Williams has a real business plan, he has been onboard since July 05.

    Is it a new strategic plan or a mere rehashing of carefully chosen words? Look at the new strategy Williams revealed on page 1 of the ASX announcement on 5 July 06 as follow (in capital letters) against Williams 2005 written presentations.

    FOCUS ON R&D; IP DEVELOPMENT; PATENTING; PRODUCT APPROVALS AND MANAGING NEW PRODUCT COMMERCIALIZATION. Nothing new here. Oh yes, managing new product commercialization – we will discuss this later.

    SEEK TO PURSUE FURTHER COMMERCIALIZATION OF ITS IP AND PRODUCTS THROUGH STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS, INCLUDING UITILISING CONTRACT MANUFACTURING AND STRATEGIC JOINT VENTURES WHERE APPROPRIATE;

    New? Compare to what Williams said in 2005: We will also look at complimentary businesses where they provide us with significant benefits in R&D; manufacturing or distribution.
    A rehashing of words from “complimentary businesses where they provide us with significant benefits in manufacturing or distribution” to “THROUGH STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS, INCLUDING UITILISING CONTRACT MANUFACTURING AND STRATEGIC JOINT VENTURES WHERE APPROPRIATE” ??

    ADOPT A FAR MORE TARGETED AND FOCUSED SALES APPROACH TO MARKET ENTRY. AS PART OF THIS, THE COMPANY WILL LOOK TO COMPILE MORE DETAILED DATA OF ITS PRODUCT’S APPLICATION TO VARIOUS SPECIFIC DISEASes;
    Yes, this is new. Is this working better? No new sale contracts announced since March 06 and in his recent Wallstreet interview Williams listed milestones to track and not surprisingly sales is not among them. Why? Is it because CMQ has shot Inviro into a legal dispute, Inviro accounted for near 100% of 04/05 sales and in excess of 85% of 05/06 sales?

    COMMENCE AN INTENSIVE PURSUIT OF USA AND EUROPEAN PRODUCT REGISTRATIONS TO MATCH THE COMPANY’S NEW MARKETING APPROACH;
    New? Investors were told in the October 2005 presentation (page 15) the potential value of the EU market to CMQ is AUD 689million and the USA is AUD 833 million. Is Williams implying CMQ has not been pursuing EU & US product registrations earlier than 2005 other than telling investors of the EU & US market potential? Or is it a rehashing of “pursuing product registration” to “COMMENCE AN INTENSIVE PURSUIT OF PRODUCT REGISTRATION”?

    IMPLEMENT INITIATIVES TO REDUCE CASH BURN SUCH AS MOVING OUT OF THE LEASED OFFICE SPACE AT BENTLEY TO THE COMPANY-OWNED FACILITY AT ROCKINGHAM.

    Clap, clap, clap –Well done, a step in the right direction. Why is CMQ still burning in excess of $1 million every month on ‘other working capital’ to run MP1 when there is no sale contracts to fill? What’s the story here?

    Now let us look at “MANAGING NEW PRODUCT COMMERCIALIZATION”. Is this different to Williams October 05 statement on page 12 –Quote “Continue exploring applications for our unique technology; and exploiting the associated commercial opportunities”. A mere rehashing of words?

    On the same page 12 of the October 5 presentation William said Quote:
    “We continue to market our products in SA; NZ and Malaysia where we have regulatory approval; and continue to develop commercial relationships in Brazil, Thailand, USA and the EU”.

    It is time Williams proves to the market CMQ can sell God’s gift to farmers in existing markets. Show us the sales milestone. What happened to those commercial relationships in Brazil, USA and the EU Williams continue to develop since October 2005? Williams had been onboard CMQ since July 2005 and it is time we see some results instead of hearing carefully chosen words/phrases.
