To list on the NYSE the share price must be a minimum of U.S. $4.00 and PLS doesn't qualify.
Suggest a R/S of 5 to 1 which would approximate the $0.89 x 5 to $4.45 and shares instead of 2.9B to around 580M shares.
All on assumption the price and shares match direction. My opinion the example $4.45 price per share would skyrocket. Not to mention the more realistic O/S shares reduced to 580,000,000.
