Swm had a newspaper company that was worth something and is probably only a few years at best away from being worth nothing.
Meanwhile, channel 9 was struggling with ratings but has really turned it around in recent times.
Swm is only 40% cheaper than mine entertainment on market cap.
From a takeover standpoint. Swm shareholders are expecting to be screwed by stokes as normal and nec shareholders are expecting more favourable outcomes through a merger....
