WA hospitals have been a mess for a long long long long long time - and, I really don't know why
I remember looking at a security fence/barrier on the freeway from Perth going south - god knows how many years back - perhaps??? 15 ish --
it was a rock wall --------- a very very very very very very very long rock wall - all I could think of was the cost of it was just bloody ridiculous ------ a fence would have done the same job at far less cost ------- the change would have gone into services that benefited the society - health or education
to me it smelt like someones mate did very well out of it - it had the same smell that Queensland had when Leightons had big mates in the government
