The R, we have seen of lot this sort of fluctuations before and are sceptical but all with good reason.
TS has to deliver this time or there will be a lot of disappointed people.
I think the real issue is lack of CFE funds to progress this as it should be. It is the issue of trying to get it over the line which has been a familiar problem. Thus capital raisings to keep it afloat, whereas this should be bounding ahead, but appears to be bogged down.
And updates are far and few between. That is when the natives get restless.
Maybe an issue of overpromise and under-deliver.
