If this project was in any other hands with better cash reserves behind it you would be looking at a market cap of $100 million +++ IMO

This really is the TS swan song.
Every other box ticked IMO
The cobalt price is nuts and still rising and the project is also close to production. Sting demand for the immediate and distant future.

Still that’s the beauty of an investment like this...
it is speculative and the lack of regular updates, the time between TS’s successes, and the small cash backing is what makes the price what it is and hence higher returns if and when it does come off.
