Completely agree, those that did know board salaries should not be investing FULL STOP.
They're in comparison to other stocks when they listed too, please do research.
Just as 20M shares to each senior director were clearly known.
Other stock CEO's have more than this, yes even at IPO.
If some don't read the prospectus (all this info in that document) at a minimum & invest with their head in the sand, well badluck to you.
