Time to delist

I refer to JK tweet stating ASX has requested legal advise from ISX

i will go out on a limb and postulate that this is in regards to the independents expert report in relation to visa

it is clear there is no goodwill whatsoever between Isx and asx

asx has already attempted to manipulate the independent expert - KL email to Clutz June 18

now this.

it won’t stop. Asx is out to get Isx at any cost.

imagine if the court system was not there. asx and their “absolute discretion” on the listing rules. no appeals process. No datafin principle (yet)

I would like to trade ISX. But let’s face it, it’s never happening. There is too much prejudice against Isx, from the top down.

it’s time for the isx directors to utilise the power granted to them by shareholders to execute a delisting from asx

I want to hear from other shareholders what they think.
