@Dineen EVEN if ASX loses the court case this is their exchange and they have absolute authority to delist anyone breaking their rules that they believe they have broken on several different listing rules. Loose in court the ASX pays $100's of millions and they can still delist ISX for breaking their rules during the last 12 months. Take the win in court and have damages dropped, they can still delist ISX. Do you see the conundrum?
