If the ASX lose in court, so what if ISX loses? Because ISX wouldn't be able to duck and weave in court. If the court compels it to produce information then it must do it. If ISX loses, what have you been doing all this time? To me it would seem that you have all been defending the same people who are responsible for your financial ruin...Those extra effort wasted added onto existing capital losses...It would just add to the pain.
