Lets be realistic. In this current environment it would be pretty hard to raise 6 to 8 million dollars to knock out the rest of the shares. I'd be happy if they could do it, as a shareholder partake in a SPP which also gave the participant an option for every two shares bought under the SPP (options need a long excise period say Dec 2010 and a reasonable excise price). Don't know whether the current shareholder numbers equates to enough holders as you would need around 1300 holders plus new parties interested via on market purchases to make up the numbers. To add interest make the share price through the SPP at 33 to 35 cents.
