Just hypothetically for a moment.
If a company told the market an underground mine will be producing coal my March 2015 in line with their WICET commitments. But actually knew full production rates are not even close to being possible in that time frame. If he or she thought one could fall back on calling development coal ‘first production’ as a face saver, do you think this would constitute misleading the market and the ASX?
