time to discuss the partly paids......

Now we have a time and place for voting on the partly paids at the AGM all 109,914,313 of them
if called would raise approx 34 million bucks...
wouldnt that be handy to progress the Harpia field...
but the company wants to issue them (dont forget 27mill of them are held by Bison, which has 3 directors on the board)
at fully paid total 35,172,580 shares for $0.00.
should this not be a conflict of interest, and how come, on the memoradum in the table on page 8 which states direct or indirect interest of directors these approx 27mill 200 shares are not shown....
the clearly show on the 2009 financial company report.
lets start the discussion...please
