    You can look at today's announcement many ways.

    The half glass half full - great deal.
    The glass half empty - Results not forthcoming for sometime hence, announce anything, even if it was already known for sometime. remember, they move quick. LOL

    Note: It is not a requirement by ASX rules to announce MOU's as far as I am aware.
