I still don't think it's at fair value.
0.005 to 0.007 is fair value in my opinion. But think more like 0.005.
Messer’s Peter Huljich and Campbell Smyth - they committed to 20 million shares each @ 0.002 in a placement before they departed. Total 40 million shares
They also had tens of millions of shares as well prior given for nothing.-
Ashley Pattison had tens of million as well.
