The bottom is never in when it comes to shares, especially speculative ones like this. Total nonsense spoke on this board far too often by clueless rampers. The trouble is there will be potentially Billions of shares issued before this company finds or sells anything the market will want and that includes the Manganese. If the SP is low then it does matter because that has a direct impact on the amount of shares issued when there is a CR.
Call me a liar if you think it is not the case that there are numerous ASX companies out there that have diluted their shareholders into oblivion just to avoid going bust.
