these clowns have done this (issue billions of shares) repeatedly to companies, check their history . its what they do ...... repeatedly..... and when they have finished issuing and ramping and issuing and ramping , they either leave in the guise of 'resignation effective immediately ' or are not reelected. when they have finished they leave a wreckage of a capital structure that takes a miracle to resurrect if thats is possible at all. corporate destruction . about time the regulators got off their behinds and put s stop to this type of activity its given the entire public industry a bad reputation
