    Anyone interested in dusting off the SLD thread now that water is the hot topic of the election?

    SLD may be an indirect beneficiary of any pork barelling, and I don't think there would be any idealogical objectors to water conservation through plugging leaking pipes.

    Share market success does seem to follow government largesse like grass growing after rain.

    eg managed agriculture, child care.
