The more I think about this, the more it makes sense. LYC can get to 14c easily with current SOI with an MC of only $450m. That isn't sufficient to get into ASX200. The problem is going any higher in SP terms as conversion occurs. The other smaller CB holders may have already started to occur by then. At some point, MC will get us into ASX 200, (bottom 10 are mostly around $5-700m, bottom 2 or 3 less than that) but it needs to be there over 2 quarters to qualify. This is the opportunity for MK and fortress to convert as funds buy in. But the SP won't do much until it's complete and we end up with $1b MC and 7.141b SOI and SP still 14c. So I'm probably out of here when we next hit 14c.
