Denial - Pike had to change tunnel horizon to avoid popping out to the surface a kilometre or two up it!! couldn't agree more that it was a complete shambles on behalf of the local hippies.
Reference was simply to offtake finance - I.e. Indians. This time around I think they would be happy to pay over the odds for the coal rather than throw in capital for a small discount (years/decades/never) down the track.
