OK BB you've given us a better insight to the background of finding and binding Scott and the numbers involved. Thanks for that. Be careful that the new board is all about shareholder value for the current shareholders; there's lots of ways for them to be diminished. The board lacks fund management experience so that appears to be going the way of non-core.
I think the only innocent players in MFS would be the junior staff, the ponies and the contents of the acquariums. Scott knows where some of the bodies are buried so it ought to be no surprise he was finally invited aboard averting a pesky EGM.
The likelihood of undisclosed debt in the group is ascendant.
The suggestion that I have used personal tactics against posters when I have only been responding to those initiated by is others is, of itself, a personal attack. As has been discussed before, criticism and discussion of MFS and its financial position should not invite personal attack.
It's OK - may Octavius have its future and may it have a board its shareholders deserve.
