for those of us who have been enduring Lom's 'potential' for decades its time to end the suffering!!! the simple and effective solution is to break the company into two separate entities!!

Put the African assets into a JSE/ LSE listed entity with the current management and a new BOD.
Put the rump of the assets e.g. Merlin and the Australian exploration assets into a new entity headed by Miles Kennedy.

Lets have an amicable divorce where we can promptly go our separate ways and end all the BS and constant shareholder dilution!!
