Hey who's worrying about it, not me, I believe the tax regime has been factored into the sp since early 08.

Just been alerting any newbies that there is an issue worth some understanding, in order to avoid being sucked in by some sophisticated posters posing as simple bods.

AS far as being a bit behind on production ramp up, well that doesn't bother me much, just the real world. Poo has provided a lot of mitigation, it will keep in the ground, and the tax regime means the last bopd produced is worth much less than the first anyway.

CVN is a great success story, and imho likely to have further successes outside the permits that have such taxability. I still hold, but nothing like what I did at the start of the year.
