Can I encourage ALL VIL shareholders to vote in the upcoming EGM. It is important that you have your say as this may be the last opportunity to freely do so.
My intentions are to vote AGAINST ALL RESOLUTIONS and email my completed proxy form in well before the cut off time. The cutoff time is 48 hours before the meeting and I am not sure if that is business hours or not. So suggest that this is done by COB tomorrow.
If you are planing to attend in person then there is no need to complete a proxy.
Also can I ask someone who is attending in person to, as soon as the meeting is open, to make a point of order and to ask for a POLE VOTE ON ALL RESOLUTIONS this way its not by a show of hands and ALL shareholders votes are considered.
