You have to wonder about the 1.8m of security deposits with suppliers, compared to $4.7m of inventory and accounts payable. Why is this? Suppliers require security deposits when they are concerned with the financial strength of the counter-party. Not a company with a clean balance sheet, piles of cash, high margins and a significant NPAT.
