Another thing to take on board many share holders do not bother to vote,because they think it will not make a difference,its just the same in General Elections even though it is compulsory, I have to say in business we have to not only trust those running that business but also the employees of that business have to be trusted to do the right thing, But I do concede that any board members should be exempt from voting on issues that affect their income and bonuses,But who is not going to vote for a pay rise,not even the Moms and Dads !
