    I only know what the board put out in the ANN and the voting at the last election.
    The other thing I know is we have no influence here as they are over 1000 SH and only about 20 post on here to air our views nothing more.
    AS I have posted before I will be concerned after ERM are paid back if the SP does not increase and I am willing to wait until then.
