For those that took the time to complain to ASIC about what I believe were misleading finance statements, time to do a follow up email.

It is disappointing I have heard no further from ASIC or in the press, action has been taken against directors for misleading statements.

I would like to share with you what a ASX 5B statement, finance facilities available 3.1 and notes looks like when their is conditional finance documentation. ( example is from SEH, Sino Oil & Gas ).

NOT the incorrect, misleading 5B document & statements made to Alcyone shareholders.

Your further response at anytime would be welcome.
