Trying to make decisions about future investments/divestments, we have to work out whats going on by what's not been reported !! If they opened the taps and got a very dissapointing flow what would stop them from just telling us the actual flow rate and quanities they attained , say it was dissapointing but will be assesed and now we move up to the real target. Maybe they have not found anything but it just does not feel that way.
Been wrong before !
