Ronstieb - IMO, I think people are betting on no SC55 farmin now & getting out b4 any announcement re that comes out to the market.
If/when that ann comes, it should be a good buying opportunity at mid to high 7's. At the end of the day OEL is building great cash reserves & has lots of other options in Africa + North Galoc development. North Galoc will get a push along for sure once NDO goes to its soon to be new owners, they want as much oil as possible for their refinery.
I see value in OEL & set to buy some more if a no SC55 announcement comes out & we get the associated big dip in SP.
