It is good value but I'm fully invested as is so often the case. Being the beginner I am I'd actually have to sell shares to fund CZZ purchases. I don't really consider my holdings overvalued and have mostly rebalanced the winners (maybe not the best idea?) so I have to draw the line somewhere.

I think $5.70 is a great deal for a long term apiarist shareholder who has basically hit the well-deserved jackpot. The process is enormously labour and skill intensive so I think they would take some profits. Having said that, with a generous dividend I can also see why they would hold on. I also am happy if they hold on because this whole company depends on the apirarists.
