KK,
The catch and ranch is what the Stehr's do with their other time, this was always one of the big issues, they did not vend that part of the business into CSS.
A big concern to me is what assets of CSS are being used for their other operations but that should be of bigger concern to the Directors.
One way or the other, its a loser.
