Just reading over the latest ANN, on the second page in mentions "The second building of the Hermes Plaza, the Hewlett Packard building, was completed on 14 Aug 2007. On completion this 100% indirect interest in the Hermes Plaza development acquired for 18.9Mil Euro was revalued at 42Mil Euro.
I think REU is looking good at this stage, surely they could sell the building above at a heavy discount last valuation and still be in front, just my thoughts, DYOR
