Is it fair to assume that if CNX gets green light from DERM it...

Is it fair to assume that if CNX gets green light from DERM it will ease concerns with CXY???

After all a couple holes dug in a few weeks and another testing (which logically can assume will be like all the others before the recent debacle) then up and away again.

From what can observed from here in WA it seems the Qld government is less than impressive in the way it treats business. (Wonder what Colin Barnett would have to say?) :)
