I thought you should all know that after much time on the sidelines, much deliberation, fears about the global economy dragging the price down further, fears of positive announcements seeing the price race away from me.... I have decided to buy in today.

I think the EU and USA have done enough thus far, and will do enough on Friday to keep the current positive sentiment going for another 3 - 6 months. Therefore I think the current resistance will hold, PRR will continue delivering good news and the price will inevitably begin it's march to $2 and beyond. In short, I believe the balance of probabilities have tipped in favour of buy.

I also have no doubt that the predictions of a semi-informed small time investor posted on an already saturated stock market forum will prove the turning point in the PRR share price.
