It's hard to see any positives in Victoria . Larger debt than NSW , QLD & TAS combined . Driving genuine property owners out of state by costs in last state budget .Lack of genuine leadership . Seriously why would anyone it their right mind invest in Victoria ? Workcover rates going through the roof . Get out whilst you can in my view .
