I would bet the 1/4'ly will tell us that they have sold their stockpile and have contracts for the production moving forward. They seem to keep ticking the boxes in regards to getting the plant up and running, so I am a bit surprised that we have seen this dip in SP. I have topped up on VXL while it is @$0.40 as I do not see it going much lower.
