    Hi Steve.

I don't disagree per se with your post, but what I cannot get my head around is that "IF" the JV is a done deal then why does the market NOT see it as being worth more than ~1.7c to perhaps 1.5c?

If there was a single reasonable hint that the deal is as likely and positive as the Sentry JV SHOULD be, (listening to all the bulls) then surely the market would have bought MHL up far more than happened before the Cap Raising was announced. IMO at least.

Furthermore, IF the Cap Raising is so 'fair' and 'expected' and 'normal' as many have also been posting (seeming ly without regard for how desperately needed it was), then what has caused the sudden and dramatic malaise in the SP?

There are dozens of examples where a Cap Raising has seen the SP of a company fall back to the raising level and below, not so many examples however of such an announcement being received with such "shock" as this one was.

I still cannot get into my head, if the Sentry deal was definitely going ahead, WHY raise this money now when the top up from Sentry is just a month or so away?

Let that news kick the SP up and bingo raise the same capital with much less dilution!??

    Musing and watching.

    Cheers

    Cabe
