Interesting activity in ROC at the moment...
Given the current rights issue and results from Wei 12-7-1...shareholders don't quite know what to think.
Shareprice keeps bouncing off the low $1.50's, so the rights, which are currently trading at a heavy discount, might present the best entry point for serious investors.
