Time to go long big on $OSL?

I got into Oncosil a couple of weeks ago when an investor I know with an unbelievable track record told me to look into it. I didnt know much about the stock but threw a little bit of cash in for fun, then I started looking into it properly and went way down the rabbit hole. Long story short, this company looks like an awesome business with a market ready product that is dotting t's and crossing i's before they turn on sales mode. What am I missing because I am looking at the chart calculating potential gains if we get back to ATH's and feeling like going all in.
