I actually can't see a scenario of massive dilution at this point for a simple reason - SGH management hold a truck load of shares - and dilute them the banks risk them walking out and taking a whole bunch of SGH lawyers with them and destroying SGH's business.

But not willing to back my hunch above by buying though until I know what has been agreed as just too risky at this point for me as bit too much choosing red or black for me.

Watching closely though as once outcome known can play this knowing what playing with.
