    it's dangerous to go long when a stock is at the upper limit of a medium term downtrending channel.
    NCM needs some exciting news to break it out of the channel.
    is the POG going strongly up ?
    is NCM announcing new discovery or other good news ?
    until then, it remains stuck in the downtrend channel.
