Do you think a ''formal complaint'' will solve the problems in BRN?
How many people do you think complain to BRN everyday? It is obviously falling on deaf ears.
How many formal complaints have you sent them so far?
Are you on their special dinner invitation list?
Are you working for the company? Do you have anything against Mr Carrick? May be some professional jealousy perhaps?
Your posts make it look like there is a bit of domestic drama inside the company, makes sense why they can't get shit done.
