    'Directors recommend the issue'.The chairman had 21m shares ,giving an entitlement of 10.5m and he takes up 20,000.What an endorsement of faith .LAD a disaster.Lasik "come in spinner'.Sorry "but have to sell half of NIM to pay debts." I still live in hope of something will happen ,but enough is enough.I will not be voting for his re appointment.
