We still don't know how much Joyce's PR disaster has cost Qantas short term or what the long term cost is for his PR disaster.
I still think Joyce made one of the top PR mistakes ever.
No amount of give aways will fix the PR issues either.
A resolution to the industrial dispute, replacing Joyce and the board, re-presenting Qantas as a quality airline with new vigor, may be the only way Qantas can recover from this PR disaster.
