K being pedantic I agree. Using 'guarantee' was probably a bad choice of words. How about 'pretty much guarantee'. Maybe doesn't make you feel as misled, however, to say I am deliberately misleading people is way off the mark. Frankly I dont give a rats whether others invest in MAK or not and am not going to waste my time misleading others into buying.

I simply dont agree that no-one knows what will happen with RP prices over the next 5 years. I think many do, and many have put their reasoning not just on here on HC but in the general media. If I wasn't confident myself in where RP price will be in the next 2 years I wouldnt be in MAK right now. I don't invest on the basis of having no idea what might happen.

Feel free to argue the points I made in my previous post in response to your question about 'guarantees'. Im always interested in healthy debate.
