I guess, things like the dividend point, the short-sales point are just things that prevent those from being 'positives' for the stock.
They aren't overly negative, but, they just aren't reasons to buy the stock.
Without these reasons, *and* with some negatives...
I'm 95% sure I've come to my conclusion :).
