    Whilst the state agreement being passed should have a positive response on the share price I believe it will not.. It is only the news of the rig finally being secured and forward program (and/or TO issues resolved) that will get the share price ball rolling. Don't want to waste a dry season. Although I have to agree, share price looks extremely cheap when looking at risk v reward IMO
