Underthestars, sorry, I could have made that clearer. I'm not implying that the short position is increasing, merely that the short position has not changed all that much. From memory the percentage of stock shorted has been around 6.3% or thereabouts for at least a month now.

I agree that the short position has decreased from it's high, but not by that much.

To me this says that the people holding this position expect the SP to go lower still.

I'm certainly not happy about this and I'm hoping for a quick resolution to the issues which seem to have given rise to the short position. Once these issues have been resolved Buru will embark on a substantial program which I expect will bring about a turnaround in both the short position and the SP.
